Orders

Orders are subject to product availability, verification and acceptance. We may contact you where a product, variant or price requires clarification.

Payment

Current checkout is by bank transfer. An order is not treated as paid until the transfer has been verified by Matarraza Mart.

Product information

We aim to keep descriptions, availability and pricing accurate, but supplier information can change. Where an error materially affects an order, we will contact the customer before fulfilment.

Delivery

Delivery timing and charges depend on destination and order characteristics and will be communicated as applicable.
